The tools we will use in this tutorial to create the effect are:
- To start creating this effect, you need an inkstain texture ( you can get a similar effect from Freepik.com
- Download and get the EPS format image into PowerPoint.
- Ungroup the EPS image twice
- The image is broken up into smallers parts
- Delete the image bounding box
- Group all the remaining ink stains
- Duplicate the image
- Place the duplicate on top of the other
- Align and group the 2 images
- Apply White Fill to the group
- Apply White Outline to the group
- Add the text on which which you want to apply the effect
- Change the font to a suitable thick font
- We have used a font called Stencil
- Increase the font size
- Change the font color
- Add rounded rectangle shape around the shape
- Remove shape fill for the rectangle
- Change the color outline of the rectangle to the text color
- Increase outline weight to 6 points
- Copy the modified inkstains image
- Paste the group over the text as a picture
- Adjust and crop the picture so it is positioned correctly over the text
